Create Fearlessly Kids

Share Artwork by August 7th — All will be featured!

We’re inviting young artists everywhere to create artwork inspired by the prompt below.

Kids are encouraged to explore the creative prompt through drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, sculpture, photography, or any approach they choose. Participation is free and open to all young artists under the age of 18.

This will be their moment to create freely, be seen, and share their creativity with the world. ✨

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Open to young artists under age 18.

Step 1

Create

Grab any materials you have and ask your artist to respond to the prompt above: “What makes you go, ‘Wow’?” Here are some questions to guide them:

  • What makes you stop and stare?

  • What fills you with excitement, wonder, curiosity, or amazement?

Step 2

Submit

Photograph your child’s artwork (see below for tips) and submit it to the form at the bottom of this page.

Their artwork will be showcased in our National Online Gallery, and have the chance to be published in the official, limited-edition printed zine.

Submissions close August 7th, 2026.

Step 3

Share

Share photos of their creation on Instagram or Facebook with #CreateFearlessly. Tag @givekidsart to inspire other families!

Know that your child's art will help provide free art programs for kids in need. Every creation will help another young artist create fearlessly.

TIPS FOR PHOTOGRAPHING ARTWORK

  • Place artwork in natural light

  • Photograph artwork straight-on

  • Avoid shadows if possible

  • Fill the frame with the artwork

  • Use the highest image quality available on your phone

  • Share multiple options with us if you’re unsure of the best option!

Submitted artworks may also be considered for future Create Fearlessly printed and digital collections celebrating fearless creativity from young artists across the country. ✨

Every young artist who submits will be included in the Online Gallery. ✨ Submit below for inclusion in our National Online Gallery celebrating fearless creativity, imagination, and self-expression.

Due to page limits, inclusion in the printed zine is selective, but all submissions will be thoughtfully considered.
