Thank you for participating in Create Fearlessly Kids by Give Kids Art! By submitting your young artist's artwork to our seasonal prompt initiative, you agree to the following terms:

1. Parent / Guardian Consent

You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child submitting the artwork, that you have full permission to submit this work, and that all information provided in the submission form is accurate.

2. Original Artwork

You confirm that the submitted artwork is your child’s original creative work and does not knowingly infringe on the intellectual property or copyrights of any third party.

3. Permission to Use and Publish Artwork

You grant Give Kids Art a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Display the artwork on the Give Kids Art website and digital galleries.

  • Share the artwork across our official social media platforms.

  • Feature the artwork in promotional, marketing, and educational materials.

  • Print, reproduce, distribute, and sell the artwork as part of physical or digital Create Fearlessly seasonal zines, books, collections, and fundraising materials.

Note: This license is non-exclusive. Your child retains full ownership of their original artwork, and your family is completely free to share, use, or sell it elsewhere.

4. No Compensation & USE OF Fundraising Proceeds

Participation in Create Fearlessly Kids is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee inclusion in the digital gallery or printed zine. You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee inclusion in the digital gallery or printed zine due to space limitations, curation choices, or image quality constraints.

You explicitly agree that no financial compensation, royalties, or proceeds will be paid to you or your child if their artwork is selected for the printed zine. 100% of the proceeds from zine sales directly fund Give Kids Art’s non-profit mission to provide free creative programming for children nationwide.

5. Display of Child Information

To protect your family's privacy, Give Kids Art will only display the child’s first name, age, city/state, and their optional artwork reflection alongside their art. We will never publicly share last names, email addresses, or personal contact information.

6. Content Guidelines

Give Kids Art reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to display or publish any artwork that contains explicit, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate content, or anything inconsistent with the core values of our organization.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that Give Kids Art is not responsible for technical submission issues, lost or corrupted files, or any unauthorized third-party misuse of publicly shared digital content beyond our reasonable control.

8. Questions & Opt-Out

If you have questions about these terms, or if you ever wish to have your child's artwork removed from our digital gallery in the future, please contact us at hello@givekidsart.org and allow up to 5 business days for removal.
