“Wonderful things can be vast like space or microscopic like a cell. My life provides mostly quiet, intimate moments with my partner and elder pup living in our oasis home. Many wondrous things can be spotted in our yard. My piece depicts a bumblebee napping in a flower after becoming too tired to return home to its hive. Wonder-filled moments like this surround us if we stop to notice.”
