Curriculum Partners Program Guide
Bringing fearless creativity to more children through sustainable partnerships
As Give Kids Art has grown, we've introduced a sustainable funding model for our Curriculum Partners Program. This approach allows us to continue providing free programming to organizations with the greatest financial need while expanding our reach to serve even more children.

HOW OUR PARTNERSHIP MODEL WORKS
Partnership investment is determined using three factors:
Organizational Capacity
Based on annual operating budget.
Youth Served
Based on the number of youth participating during each 8–10 week program cycle.
Program Scope
Based on whether programming is implemented at a single site, across multiple sites, or over multiple seasons.
ORGANIZATIONAL TIERS
Tier Annual Operating Budget Typical Organizations
CURRICULUM PARTNERS PROGRAM INVESTMENT
Seasonal Partnership Investment
(8–10 Week Program Cycle)
Organizations may implement programming at a single site or across multiple locations.
Partnership investments are based on the total number of youth served during each seasonal program cycle, rather than individual class sizes.

Expanding Your Impact
Serving more children reduces the investment per child
Our partnership model is intentionally designed to encourage organizations to reach as many children as possible. As participation grows, the effective investment per child decreases. Here's an example based on a Tier 2 partnership.
*Based on a 10-session program.

PILOT PARTNERSHIPS
Organizations implementing the Curriculum Partners Program for the first time may qualify for pilot partnership investments designed to reduce barriers to implementation while evaluating long-term fit.
ANNUAL PARTNERSHIPS
Organizations planning to implement the Curriculum Partners Program across multiple seasons may qualify for annual partnership investment.
Annual partnerships can offer:
Reduced seasonal partnership investment
Consistent partnership investment throughout the year
Streamlined planning and renewal
Priority scheduling for training and implementation support
Art supplies and optional services are invoiced separately by season.
Annual partnership investment is customized based on organizational tier, participation size, number of program cycles, and level of support requested.
MULTI-SITE PARTNERSHIPS
Many organizations begin with a single location before expanding across additional sites.
We're happy to work with organizations to develop customized multi-site implementation plans following a successful pilot.
